Harvested at peak maturity to preserve the best of vegetables all year long
🎨 As winter arrived, our fields burst into a final explosion of colors, textures, and above all, flavors. They had reached perfect maturity: butternut squash, carrots, red cabbage, cauliflower—it was time to harvest them.
🥕 At Bonduelle, we are amazed every year and every season, with every harvest, by the beauty of the produce that the earth places in our hands, and we take care to preserve all of its benefits.
🥗 Our vegetables are grown in tune with the seasons. They are harvested at peak ripeness and preserved within hours of being picked, close to the fields. This is the key to providing consumers with delicious plant-based food all year round.
And now? Nature will slow down until spring, although some of the hardier vegetables can remain in the ground until temperatures become milder.
This winter break is also a time to regenerate the soil. Preserving biodiversity, protecting pollinators, and promoting responsible agricultural practices are part of our daily commitments.
