Composition of our Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board is responsible for the permanent control of the company’s management (review of the financial statements, judgment on the conduct of corporate affairs) on behalf of the limited partner shareholders. The composition of the Supervisory Board (of which seven out of eight members are independent) guarantees its competence, independence and availability to carry out its mission and represent shareholders’ interests.

Martin DucroquetMartin Ducroquet

Martin Ducroquet held positions at Siparex Private Equity for nearly ten years, including as Chief Investment Officer. As such, he was a permanent representative on various Boards of Directors and Supervisory Boards of unlisted companies. Currently manager of Tactus.

Jean-Pierre VannierJean-Pierre Vannier

A graduate of the Institut catholique d’arts et métiers (1994) and holding an Executive MBA from the EDHEC Business School (2011), Jean-Pierre Vannier was Technical Manager and Industrial Project Manager at Roquette, the world leader in food ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients. He was Industrial Director of Reverdia, a Franco-Dutch biotech company specializing in biopolymers, then in charge of managing major investment projects once again for Roquette. Since 2023, within the Sustainable Development organization, he has managed the Sustainable Offer platform for the Roquette Group.

Laurent BonduelleLaurent Bonduelle

A graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion and the Executive MBA at HEC, Laurent Bonduelle worked for 18 years at Papeteries Dalle & Lecomte/Sibille in export, then at Ahlstrom in research and development: growth by acquisition (search for international partnerships) and internal growth (assessment of new technologies). In 2004, he founded an innovative company called Resolution, followed in 2011 by the limited-liability company Aubepure, now the market leader, which designs, manufactures and markets water treatment solutions (plant effluents etc.). He is currently managing director of Aubepure SARL.

Agathe Danjou

Member of the Supervisory Board of Bonduelle SCA

A graduate of EDHEC Business School (Lille), Agathe Danjou has a 20-year career in strategy, consumer understanding in innovation and communication, and market performance analysis. She has always worked in consumer goods and has had several spells in the agri-food industry, having worked for the Côte d’Or, Tassimo, Evian, Volvic and Martini brands. She is currently Global Head of Evolution and Disruption Strategy for Danone’s Netherlands-based specialty nutrition division, reporting to the division’s board, having led the consumer strategy team. Passionate about consumers at the center of the strategy and transformation, she brings her expertise in category strategy and innovation, as well as her international dimension to the Supervisory Board.

Rémi Duriez

Member of the Supervisory Board of Bonduelle SCA

An ISA Lille engineer by training, he has been working for the SAVENCIA Saveurs et Spécialités Group for 28 years. After 8 years in production on industrial sites in Eastern France, he has held a variety of HR positions within the group over the last twenty years. Graduating in 2009 from ESSEC Management Education with a Master’s degree in HR Management, he has held both operational positions in subsidiaries and cross-functional positions at SAVENCIA Group head office. He is currently Human Resources Director in charge of engineering and labor relations. In this role, he assists operational teams with the engineering of their transformation and development projects, coordinates central labor relations, and participates in the Human Resources aspect of cross-functional projects or dossiers linked to CSR, RGPD and duty of care.

A graduate of Agro Paris-Tech (1992) and the Executive CESA Corporate Finance at HEC (2015), Cécile Girerd-Jorry began her professional career in strategy and information systems consulting, then over the last 20 years moved into retail, initially from 2004 to 2015 for the Castorama and Brico-Dépôt brands at the KingFisher Group, where she was management controller and then Director of Financial Control. After being Chief Financial Officer of Sephora France, she joined Kookai at the end of 2017 as Chief Operating Officer to conduct the carve-out operation with the Vivarté group.

Jean-Michel ThierryJean-Michel Thierry

Jean-Michel Thierry has dual training in law and accountancy. He specialized in auditing at FIDUS, where he was a partner for over 20 years. In 2017, he joined RSM, the 6th largest international audit and consulting network. He worked in various sectors (industry, hospitality, services) before specializing in the banking and financial sector. He was a member of the banking commission of the Compagnie Nationale des Commissaires aux Comptes (CNCC) and of the CNCC’s Covered-bonds sub-group.
He is currently a partner in SAS JM THIERRY AUDIT & CONSEIL, a chartered accountancy firm, and an independent auditor.

Corinne WallaertCorinne Wallaert

Member of the Supervisory Board of Bonduelle SCA

A graduate of Skema Business School (1990) and holder of the Corporate Director certificate from IFA-Sciences Po Paris (2017), Corinne Wallaert began her career in Paris as Product Manager at the Institute for International Research (a US company, at the time the world leader in the organization of conferences and seminars for senior executives), where she worked her way up to the role of Director of Conferences and Seminars. In 2000, she joined EDF/GDF as head of the sales and marketing training division at the Professional Training Department, then in 2004 joined ENGIE as Chief of Staff of the Nord-Pas de Calais Regional Delegate. Since 2008, Corinne Wallaert has been Director of Communications, Training and External Relations at the Lesaffre Group, a leading global player in yeasts and fermentation. In particular, she will bring her expertise in corporate and CSR communications to the Supervisory Board.
