Greenology: Already 11,000 Chefs Empowered to Make Vegetables the Star of Every Plate
Increasing plant-rich consumption is a matter of taste, education, and collective commitment. At Bonduelle, we believe that the “power of veggies” can be learned, shared, and passed on. We want to restore our lovingly grown vegetables to their rightful place at the center of all our customers’ plates.
Since 2019, thanks to our Greenology program, we have been helping chefs to include more vegetables in their menus.
We have already trained more than 11,000 chefs around the world through our program, which includes:
