Bonduelle supports its farming partners toward sustainable regenerative agriculture

At Bonduelle, we firmly believe that the transformation towards sustainable agriculture begins with the sharing of knowledge and technical excellence. To achieve this, we created the Bonduelle Farm Academy two years ago.

This training program is open to our field managers and partner farmers. It combines online courses, sharing of best practices and hands-on learning.

Individual support is provided to each person to implement regenerative agriculture, with a focus on:

🌱 Improving soil health: by working to increase organic matter, limit tillage, and establish cover crops to protect the land and limit erosion.

💧 Managing resources sustainably, especially water, by using decision-making tools to precisely match inputs to crop needs.

📉 Reducing environmental impact by optimizing nitrogen fertilization and reducing the volume and impact of crop protection products.

🐝 Preserving biodiversity by encouraging crop rotation, and protecting pollinators.

Our ambition: 80% of partner farmers committed to regenerative agriculture practices by 2030.
