Supporting the evolution of food habits

Increasing the share of plant-based foods in our diets is one way to support the food transition. Yet turning intention into action can sometimes be challenging.

To help address this challenge, the French Vegetarian Association (AVF), Make.org Foundation and InterVeg launched La Grande Semaine Végétale, an initiative that provides practical and accessible resources to encourage consumers to explore more plant-based eating.

An engagement as a patron

For the second consecutive year, Bonduelle has supported La Grande Semaine Végétale as a patron.

This commitment is aligned with the Group’s mission: inspiring the transition toward a plant-rich diet to contribute to people’s well-being and the preservation of the planet.

Through this patronage, Bonduelle contributes to a collective initiative bringing together associations, experts, companies and engaged stakeholders around a shared objective: helping make plant-based eating more accessible and approachable.

A practical guide to help consumers take action

For the 2026 edition, the initiative’s partners co-created a 40-page guide designed to support consumers in their daily lives.

The guide includes nutritional advice, meal ideas, shopping tips, meal-planning recommendations and plant-based recipes, offering practical tools and inspiration.

Bonduelle contributed several recipes, including a Lebanese-style chickpea salad and a green pea recipe with savory and pickled onions developed by three-Michelin-starred chef Jacques Marcon.

A collective approach

Beyond recipes, the food transition relies on the engagement of an entire ecosystem, from agriculture and product innovation to culinary education, knowledge sharing and consumer awareness.

This is why Bonduelle continues to support initiatives and stakeholders working to encourage the adoption of more plant-based eating habits and promote a greater place for vegetables and pulses on our plates.
