Bonduelle first and foremost represents an entrepreneurial spirit, with a common goal shared by all the Group's employees: to be the world reference in "well-living" through plant-based food, in accordance with the VegeGo! company project launched in 2012 and in line with our CSR commitments.

Bonduelle is a French family-run company and is the current world leader in ready-to-use vegetables, in all their forms. Founded in 1853 by Louis Bonduelle, our group provides over 100 countries with vegetables that are preserved using natural processes, in line with the fundamental values at the base of the company's creation and development.

Throughout the world, based on our unique knowledge of the agri-food industry and thanks to constant innovation, we are committed to promoting more balanced diets and are required to adapt to the cultural and agro-industrial features of the geographical zones in which we are established.

Our group is strategically present in 3 major areas:
- Western Europe: since Bonduelle's establishment in Germany and other EEC countries from the 1960s onwards.
- Eastern Europe: and in particular Russia and other CIS countries, where Bonduelle has an extremely good reputation.
- The American continent: In Canada since 2007 with the acquisition of Aliments Carrière. Next, the United States in 2012, with the acquisition of the frozen food business of the American company Allens, followed by the acquisition of Ready Pac Foods, the American leader in the salad bowl market, in 2017. Bonduelle has also maintained a business presence in Brazil since 1994, with a new plant constructed in the state of Goias in 2010.
