To support our growth, we are looking for a Key Account Manager Retail Canada.

Reporting to the Director Retail Sales, the Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing retail sales with Major Retailers.


 Maintain business relationships with current customers by providing sales reports, customer service support and sales presentations as required;


 Grow profitable sales and develop new business within defined customer base;


 Negotiate annual price and volume commitments with Director and customer as required;


 Analyze business trends and make recommendations on strategies to increase both National Brand and Private Label sales with customer;


 Forecast, budget and plan annual volume objectives by brand and technology by customer ;


 Deliver results against an annual budget target;


 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision;


 Perform weekly store checks and surveys to ensure market trends are tracked ongoing;


 Manage New Product Development projects for Private Label;


 Meet Monthly with Category Managers and Merchants to ensure that annual plan and objectives are met;


 Maximize distribution on all Bonduelle listings;


 Knowledge and network within the Retail Canada grocery industry;


 Ability to anticipate, problem solve, and communicate.

 


Profil

Requirements:


 University Degree or College Diploma


 Minimum 5 years experience in Consumer Packaged Goods


 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision


 Established customer relationships in region


 Strong forecasting, analytic and communication(verbal and written) skills;


 Experience and expertise in Excel, Word, Power Point and Cognos, G Suite


 Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects;


 Previous Private Label experience in Frozen Food Category is an asset;


 Bilingualism is an asset (English/ French).



Work conditions
:


 Work location in Mississauga, ON;


 Must be able to travel across Canada occasionally.


 Full-time permanent position
