To support our growth, we are looking for an Inventory Coordinator.

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for: inventory accuracy, inventory management of bulk and/or finish products, pallets and packaging material and month end reconciliations. The coordinator also put in place different management and control processes in order to ensure accuracy. The coordinator also acts as the “liaison/link” between the plant floor operations and the inventory group to validate the quality of the data and suggest tracking process changes/optimizations as required.

Mains responsibilities :

• Utilize ERP system to analyze inventories and update system

• Requires the ability to extract data from the system, analyze the data, and convert information into a usable format

• Analyze and approve various inventory adjustments transactions related to semi-finished, finished and packaging materials

• Oversee the plants and warehouses as it relates to inventory transactions both manual and EDI
• Analyze the current inventory processes in place and provide suggestions for improvement

• Implement SOP’s based on the group best practices as it relates to inventory control

• Maintain a dashboard/KPI's
• Perform monthly warehouse inventory reconciliation

• Work directly with co-packers regarding work order reconciliation and co-pack volume tracking

• Resolve shortages, invoicing, product designation, and open order issues

• Support the Customer Service Desk with inventory related matters

• Collaborate with finance regarding inventory valuation process

• Provide solutions for product issues such as aged and/or obsolete components and quality variances

• Apply GL accounts (code invoices) to the warehouse, pallet, and co-pack services

• Lead the annual physical inventory process

• Implement and lead a regular cycle count process


• Higher education preferred in relation with the position

• 3-5 years of experience in Inventory Control

• Production, manufacturing, and materials inventory experience is a plus

• Superior organization and prioritization skills

• Ability to gather data from ERP system, strong computer skills including Word, Excel ( advanced level), and Access

• Ability to be flexible to meet changing requirements

• Proven team player, Driven and results oriented

• Self-directed and must be able to multitask

• Professional approach, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Permanent position
