Reporting to the Director of Retail Sales, Loblaw/SDM, the NAM will be responsible for managing and growing sales portfolio (brand & P/L) for Bonduelle America Long Life across all business units of Loblaws Canada.

The main responsibilities are as follows:

- Execute & regularly monitor/adjust strategic plans to deliver the results required to achieve annual budget

- Review sales and market performance to identify opportunities to maximize Bonduelle product position and growth at Loblaw banners

- Negotiate annual price and volume commitments with BALL Director and customer as required

- Maintain & strengthen existing business relationships across various levels and departments within Loblaws Canada

- Forecast, budget and plan annual volume objectives by region, brand, and technology

- Manage new product development & innovation projects driving growth in Private Label

- Analyze business trends and make recommendations on strategies to increase both National Brand and P/L sales & profit within Loblaws Canada

- Meet/Maintain regular contact with Category Managers and Merchants to ensure that annual plans and objectives are met

- Effective and efficient management of Loblaws Trade Spend

- Work closely with category development team and execute category management initiatives to capitalize on underdeveloped promotional and brand opportunities

- Be the main point of contact for retailer supply chain and logistics personnel

- Focus on keeping customers in stock by working closely with customer service, shipping, and logistics teams

- Manage and report on all financial aspects related to managing the business with Loblaws

- Work closely with the credit and accounts receivable department to keep accounts current and resolve deductions

- Communicate to the Director of Sales, Loblaws, any matter of significance that pertains to the development or underdevelopment of the account


- University Degree or College Diploma, preferably in Business

- 5 years of relevant experience of CPG sales experience managing a Major National Account; Loblaw or prior Food/Canned experience an asset

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team

- Strong forecasting, analytic and communication (verbal and written) skills;

- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, Cognos, and Google G Suite Apps;

- Knowledge & experience of Loblaws Partner Platforms, a strong asset – Precima, Topshelf, Blue, Scope

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Must have strong negotiation & presentation skills

- Bilingual (French and English), an asset

This position is a full time permanent position.
Should be flexible for 10% travel through Canada.
