Mission

As Junior Total Rewards Analyst and reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will support the Total Rewards team in the implementation, maintenance and improvement of Total Rewards’ processes and programs for Bonduelle Americas Long Life, aligned with Bonduelle group’s business issues and HR policies.



Main missions:



1/ Compensation :
- Prepare tools and data necessary for the administration of compensation systems;


- Contribute to the annual salary review process;


- Prepare data and participate in the relevant salary surveys, and conduct data analysis (Canada and US);


- Support the Total Rewards Team in :


    - Management of the bonus program linked with performance and objectives evaluation;


    - Job evaluation, documentation and tools update.



2/ Benefits :


- Administer various benefits programs (group insurance, pension plans, recognition program, employee assistance program) for Canada and US;


- Ensure relationship with external providers and HR teams;


- Be the resource person for the HR Managers and managers for all questions regarding compensation and benefits.



3/ Other :


- Participate in different projects and initiatives of the Total Rewards team;


Profil

Skills:
- University degree (bachelor or master’s degree) in administration, human resources or any related field;


- 1 or 2 years of relevant experience in human resources, ideally in an international company;
- Knowledge of total rewards and benefits principles considered as a plus;


- Excellent knowledge of Office Suite (Excel advanced level), HRIS, Google +;


- Great capacity for analysis and synthesis;


- Good interpersonal skills;


- Proactive and autonomous;


- Rigor and discretion;


- Advanced French and English, both oral and written.



Working conditions:


- Office located in Montréal;


- Permanent full time position;
