Bonduelle is looking for a Regional Projects Leader – Operational Effectiveness who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and will be responsible for carrying out transformation projects within your assigned region under the responsibility of the Director, Operational Excellence. You will contribute to the establishment of a continuous improvement organization and the sharing of good practices within the organization.

Your primary responsibilities will be the following:

• Lead large-scale projects to improve plant productivity in order to contribute to the overall Bonduelle saving objective of € 50m by 2021;

• Implement optimized and standardized processes using Lean methodology;

• Promote BALL business unit’s success to collaborators across the Bonduelle (BELL, BFA, BFE, BEAM);

• Facilitate problem-solving workshops, Kaizen, SMED, 5S;

• Motivate, train and develop a cross functional team to ensure it will be efficient and committed to achieve objectives and support employees in managing change;

• Train and develop skills of the various teams with the collaboration of human resources;

• Develop key performance indicators and monitoring tools;

• Define project mandates, communicate updates and provide the required documentation;

• Conduct data collection and analysis to properly target and resolve issues. 


Profil

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, with at least ten (10) years’ of relevant experience;

• Expected professional experience in progressing roles and knowledge of plant operations, engineering / maintenance / processes;

• Requires proven leadership skills, strong people development, coaching and collaborative decision making capability in a manufacturing environment;

• Excellent written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization;

• Well organized with excellent problem-solving and analytic abilities;

• Ability to effectively assess stakeholder needs, to engage, manage and quickly gain credibility.

Work conditions:

• Home based in NY or PA but frequent travel to plants and administrative offices in the US
