Our Rochester, NY office is looking to add a Corporate Supply Planner to the team!

The Corporate Supply Planner will be responsible for the creation of a strategic plan and execution to move finished goods between internal and external warehouses in order to meet customer demands, and Bonduelle's inventory and customer service goals. 

  • Coordinate inventory transfers to/from internal and external warehouses in a proactive manner
  • Monitor and maintain acceptable levels of inventory through planning analysis
  • Communicate directly with internal and external customers
  • Identify inefficiencies in the filling and shipping of company orders
  • Predict future inventory needs, producing plans for production/deployment based on forecasts and sales data
  • Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and business strategies
  • Build collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, to coordinate operational process and to help resolve issues
  • Be proactive in identifying and communicating opportunities and risks to the business, using the appropriate level of urgency to address critical issues

 


Profil

  • Associates degree in Business or other related field preferred
  • One (1) to Two (2) years of planning experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Knowledge of inventory flow and adjustments a plus but not required
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; including but not limited to functionality such as pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, SUMIFs and other functions 
  • Preferred knowledge of other Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Possess the interest and aptitude to understand and use the systems and programs that support the planning and decision making process. 
  • Ability to think globally and strategically, with a perspective of the business beyond the SKU level
  • Must possess strong time management skills and understanding prioritization
  • Ability to relate to and from conclusions using numerical data
  • Strong math skills
  • Reliability, attention to details, ability to concentrate
