Bonduelle and the Paul Bocuse institute organise Veggi’Week

From the 2 to 6 June 2014, the Paul Bocuse Institute and Bonduelle are organising the second "Veggi'week", a week dedicated to vegetables. For five days, vegetables will be showcased in the Paul Bocuse Institute’s different educational programmes. 

 Since 2008, the Paul Bocuse Institute and Bonduelle have been partners for various vegetable based projects (research, teaching, community action) with the aim of developing the pleasure of eating vegetables at all ages and at any time. This partnership is reflected in the research projects conducted, particularly via a thesis conducted at the Paul Bocuse Institute Research Centre by David Morizet on "How to promote vegetables and increase their consumption by children» 

Bonduelle, member of the Board of Directors of the Paul Bocuse Institute is also strongly committed to the transmission of the School's culinary heritage and expertise. So this partnership is also seen in the development of teaching modules on vegetables.
