Global Compact (United Nations) rewards Bonduelle for its exemplary annual CSR communication.

Every year, certain committed companies or non-profit organizations members of the Global Compact receive the Best Communication Trophies which recognize the pertinence and quality of the participants’ reporting methods ( read our CSR Report 2017-2018 ).

Strengthened by our history and concerned by our future, the Bonduelle Group is committed to its CSR approach, notably since signing the UN Global Compact in 2003. This June 25, the commitment and transparency of the Bonduelle Group were recognized by the Trophy for Best Communication in the GC Advanced category during the annual general assembly of the Global Compact France in Paris.

The Global compact is the UN initiative for a more sustainable world

The UN Global Compact is currently the largest international initiative of voluntary commitment to sustainable development with more than 13,000 participants in 170 countries. It's also actually the starting point for any organization seeking to support the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adopted in September 2015 by the UN.

Launched in July 2000, a year after the appeal by the UN Secretary General, Kofi Annan, the Global Compact is a pact signed by companies, organizations, UN agencies, the world of work and civil society based on ten universally recognized principles. These principles provide a framework for the voluntary commitment of organizations that want to improve their societal responsibility approach.
