Bonduelle Food Service takes home the 2019 SIRHA Innovation Award with its B’CREATIVE range

On Tuesday, December 11, 2018, the panels for the Sirha Innovation Awards 2019 recognized Bonduelle Food Service (France) with an award (in the category of Products-Beverages-Ingredients) for its red lentils and carrot nuggets, a combination of vegetables rich in fiber and protein.

Twelve distinctions in two categories, Products-Beverages-Ingredients and Equipment – Appliances – Concepts, were awarded among the 365 exhibitors and brands who participated.

Shining a spotlight on healthier food

The winners of the Products-Beverages-Ingredients category stood out for promoting the use of plant-based food and natural ingredients in creations that are both healthy and tasty.

Bonduelle Food Service (France), through its vegetables and pulses drops, helps to inspire chefs in the kitchen and give consumers access to a reinvented plant-based offering outside the home.
