Bonduelle and the Oplinord producer organisation have come together to help create the banquet against Food waste.
Over 200 kg of fresh courgettes were sent over from the Renescure plant. During this Banquet, five renowned chefs, helped by volunteers from local associations, cooked a meal using food items initially intended to be thrown away for aesthetic reasons or overproduction. Over 5,000 meals were served on Wednesday 24 September from 6pm to 10pm in the Place du Théâtre, right in the heart of Lille, to raise awareness about food waste.
