Vegetal food, a source of well-being for all!

transforming the agricultural sector with the prospect of an estimated 9 billion human beings
to feed in 2050. The population explosion is one of the biggest challenges of our time in
terms of food production. According to the UN’s Food and Agriculture Organization, global
demand for protein will have increased by 40 % by 2030. This is a problem for the
agricultural sector, where the resources are becoming rarer each year. But solutions are
emerging, particularly in the form of vegetal proteins, ushering in a new future for food and

More and more consumers are turning towards a healthier and more natural way of eating,
and are changing their dietary habits by reducing their consumption of meat in favour of
vegetal proteins. They are choosing a flexitarian, or even vegetarian or vegan, diet in which
pleasure remains an essential criterion.

Once again this year, we are confirming our ambition to be a reference in healthy eating

thanks to a vegetal diet. By extending our expertise, and thanks to our knowledge of
vegetables, we are launching a completely new range of vegetarian solutions in France
called VeggissiMmm!
