#Tomorrow at Bonduelle: Our people are transforming our company

The #Tomorrow at Bonduelle project is about the group giving staff members the opportunity to show their commitment to sustainable development, contribute to CSR objectives and company strategy, and help, as much as they can, to change things for the better.

Even if people are increasingly aware of the importance of sustainable development (71.9% of the French population agree upon its importance*), they are less keen on the idea of acting alone and put companies at the top of the list* to take action in this direction.

At Bonduelle, we are convinced that we all have a role to play and that many of us have ideas about how to make our company more sustainable. We have created the #Tomorrow at Bonduelle programme to support employees who have an idea for a sustainable development project, taking inspiration from entrepreneurial methods.

Coinciding with this year’s World Forum, this programme was presented during a lunch on the topic on 18 October.

The World Forum for a Responsible Economy is an important annual event for entrepreneurs who want to make a commitment to a responsible economy.

The forum has already given rise to major regional projects such as the Third Industrial Revolution and Social Business Nord de France. It is organised by Réseau Alliances , the largest regional network of companies with expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility. It counts over 250 members and partners from all over the Hauts-de-France region and develops communities of practices in the spheres of responsible purchasing, diversity in the workplace, an economy based on functionality and cooperation, sustainable mobility and social business.

The World Forum for a Responsible Economy will be held in Lille on October 17, 18 and 19, and this year’s theme is RESPONSIBLE REVOLUTION! Over 100 experts from all over the world will come to talk about the massive changes in technology, society and the economy in today’s world and to share their ideas and best practices.
