The winners will be announced on November 14 in Vienna, Austria.
The CSR report: an essential dashboard for a precise assessment and effective management of the company’s CSR policy
Thanks to the involvement of our employees and the commitment of our company leaders to making CSR a strategic focus, we published our first environmental report back in 2003. We have used this report as a significant tool for continuous improvement.
Composed of numerous indicators, the CSR report takes stock of performance in diverse areas, including human resources (measurement of work accident frequency rates), natural resources (tracking water consumption and the company’s energy mix), quality (over 63,000 food safety analyses each year), transportation (tracking of CO2 emissions), agriculture (care for the planet and relations with partners), and procurement (tracking of supplier performance).
These indicators offer a good measurement of performance and help identify areas for improvement so that the company can effectively manage actions that will help us reach our CSR objectives by 2025.
