Mission

As part of its transformation and the increased number of IT transformation projects, the Bonduelle group IT department has decided to recruit an IT Governance Manager to create a CIO Office team with a strong focus on: Portfolio management, budget management, IT back office process optimization, KPI reporting and communication, deployment of methods and best practices, international team animation in a matrix organization.

• Contribute to the development of the IS&T Master Plan (IT Blueprint), regularly prepares and monitors the IT department's budget, assists the teams in putting together investment files in collaboration with budget managers and in interface with finance/controlling.

• Lead portfolio reviews and participates in change requests arbitration committees . As part of this animation, he is responsible for reporting and monitoring indicators, he ensures that they are kept in a non-critical area and alerts the IT leadership team in the event of a slippage.

• The mission of the IT Governance Coordinator is to organize the management of the project portfolio as well as the change request processes in order to rationalize and optimize governance and increase the performance of the services provided by the IT dept. to the different Business Units.

• Develop and implement agile and lean IT methods, she/he will be a source of proposals for the evolution and sharing of IT methodologies and tools, thus guaranteeing good control of process, costs and operational activity of the IT department. Responsible for the selection and implementation of new tools allowing IT dept. internal processes optimization, she/he positions himself as a transversal facilitator such as "a support function"

The role may be held by a candidate with a focus on operational excellence whose capabilities is to complement the CIO.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work with the CIO, providing in-depth governance and IT organization expertise.

• Participate in the development of the IS&T strategy / master plan (IT Blueprint).

• Organize the project portfolio processes and participates in the IT dept. governance committees.

• Define and set the project portfolio management tool and budget tools.

• Provide on a regular basis IT dashboards with KPIs that measure the services and levels of the IT department seeking to improve the performance and service levels.

• Provide a global IT reporting to the Executives, Stakeholders and various Executive Committees.

• Lead PMO reviews with IT managers and project managers.

• Participate in the development and implementation of IT methodology IT frameworks such as ITIL, Agile, LeanIT, ...

• Lead Budget preparation and reviews with IT managers and project managers.

• Analyze budget variances, prepare budget benchmarks, ensure control of spending against the defined budget.

• Review and optimize all internal IT department processes (back office and front office) with all the different service line managers.

• Manage transversal international initiatives as facilitator such as: application mapping, optimization and rationalization plans, studies, transversal audits...


Profile

• Experience in IT and business/industry is required (project management, delivery manager, program manager …) as well as in cross-functional teams or projects and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders

• 5 to 10 years of project management, management of project portfolios, change request processes, deployment of methods (LeanIT, project management, ...) or in software development cycle, managing IT budgets

Knowledge/Skills

• Ability to improve operational efficiency and back office processes effectiveness across all lines of business and IT departments

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Establish relationships and persuade others, ability to work in a matrix organization

• Fluent english
