Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, your primary responsibilities will be to ensure that all the administrative, analytical, and support functions of the Business Development Team are operating efficiently in efforts to drive Bonduelle’s business development strategy to tangible results. The Business Development Analyst is a key member of the sales team and would work directly with the Manager of Business Development and Director of Business Development. We are looking for someone who exhibits analytical skills, thoughtful judgment and an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and decision making who can work with multi-departmental teams in a fast-paced sales environment. Mains responsibilities :
● Support the Business Development Team in day-to-day activities with clients to help achieve our strategic objectives;


● Keep all active sales files up to date and available digitally via our shared drive and Google Drive folders;


● Act as a customer service contact for various prospective and existing accounts in Canada and the US;


● Analyze pricing and prepare quotations;


● Access online customer portals;


● Prepare client communications;


● Conduct assessments using internal/external data and support the identification of opportunities for improvement;


● Be a change management ambassador: identify and support stakeholders, provide post-implementation support and document best practices;


● Prepare and help build various monthly client reports and high quality tailored sales presentations that drive our Bus Dev strategy to tangible results;


● Coordinate pricing programs and sample orders for prospective clients;


● Support the efficient management of existing and prospective clients using and updating a CRM tool;


● Data entry for customer-specific information and frequent ad-hoc client documentation.


Profile

● University degree or College Diploma


● Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in sales and/or office administration.


● Excellent administrative, analytical, organization and interpersonal skills;


● Extensive attention to detail;


● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French;


● Strong proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;


● Ability to liaise with clients, partners and all level of the organization in a professional manner;


● Ability to work independently;



Location:


● Workplace in Montreal, then move to Solar Uniquartier in Brossard during 2021.
