Bonduelle is looking for a Production Scheduler in our Lebanon, PA frozen vegetable packaging facility!

Job Summary:

Plans and formulates daily production schedules to support customer requirements. Maintain checks on material inventories, production progress and other factors affecting on time delivery.

Essential Functions:

  • Develops daily production schedules based on line capacities and stock availability.

  • Maintains facility BOM’s (bill of materials) which includes special coding instructions and other production requirements.

  • Maintains balance between efficient scheduling to maximize plant throughput, and maintaining service levels of 98%.

  • Works with the Corporate Planning team to determine plant and company needs.

  • Monitors all resources available (bulk, packaging) and communicates needs with the appropriate departments.

  • Investigates and corrects inventory discrepancies.

  • Any/all associated projects as assigned by the administrative manager.

  • Assist with other areas of responsibility to cover departmental vacations.

  • Help to produce the highest quality of finished product.
  • Adhere to all company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)

  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to safety

  • Report any food safety, health & safety, quality issues and initiate action, as necessary.



  • Strong basic math skills required
  • Intermediate understanding of product flow to minimize downtime
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Strong organizational skills required


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 year experience in scheduling, food environment preferred
