Shape our learning and leadership development portfolios that will ultimately help drive strategic business goals. The position will direct the Corporate University that encompasses onboarding, professional development and leadership development at all levels.

Develop an environment of continuous learning for all that strives to ensure Bonduelle is a great place to develop.


• Design and validate with the stakeholders (HRD, CEO) the learning & development strategy and roadmap : what, for whom, which pedagogy, with whom, when, where...,

• Design and deliver training programs that demonstrate appropriate investment while enhancing development opportunities for all employees : onboarding, Bonduelle specific education, professional development, leadership development,

• Identify and implement the most appropriate assessment tools (360°, behavior style…),

• Identify and develop a pool of internal facilitators for our specific programs (Discovery, ManageGo, Finance for Growth),

• Serve as facilitator for some programs and as referent for our high potential accelerated programs,

• Upgrade organization’s training community of practice, define and oversight guidelines and standards for trainings,

• Animate the training community accross the BUs and involve them in order to create an inclusive learning and development environment at Bonduelle,

• Measure the success of programs through KPIs and take action based on insights,

• Promote internally and externally Bonduelle’s development programs through metrics and communication actions,

• Look for pedagogical innovation.


• At least 10 years of experience in the field with at least 5 of these leading learning and development department in an international environment,

• Experience in designing and implementing learning and leadership development programs,

• Great knowledge of the various pedagogical approaches: online, experience-based, exposure…,

• Ability to train and mentor all levels of associates including senior leaders,

• Ability to create internal partnerships with others, capacity to collaborate and expand connections accross departments and cultures.
