Our Brockport, NY location is looking for a Operations Process Coordinator to join our team!

Assists Operational departmental heads with day to day operations analysis. Required to input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a variety of computer data bases. (TM1, CDC, Bluebee) Responsible to ensure that the proper amount of inventory is available for daily operations. Responsible for researching and assisting in the development and validation of packaging materials for products produced. Will be required to work directly with the sales and product development teams. This position is responsible to communicate customer specifications to the production supervisors. This position performs production supervisor duties on a as needed basis. This position performs quality audits on the facility.

  • CDC – Bluebee – TM1 System Maintenance/Input – reconciliation.
  • Set up User Sign on, Set up Products, Rates for each line, Set up Line Configuration
  • Down Time Event/Areas, Set up Quality Check Sheets, Modify existing quality check sheets
  • Create new required check sheets, Remove unused orders from CDC, Input next day’s orders into CDC, Inputs all case printing messages, Maintains programming, Updates case printing messages as needed 
  • Maintain and Update all production SOP’s, Manage Down time Reports, WTD/YTD down time percentages, Customer complaint down time, Fiber/Wrap Pick List, Rework tracking report 
  • Schedule modification
  • Assign mix totes from weigh backs/break up to work orders, Assign totes to work orders with special instructions, Create rework work orders, Utilization of wrap/case/product for daily work orders, Update Rework work orders, Input schedule deviations as needed, Mark totes with country of origin, Item Rest set up in MXP,
  • Adjust, modify, close work orders Produce/Update Production reports, HPR sheet, Recap Sheet, Kronos Sheet - Supply tracking - Sanitation Cabinet - Production tape/shrink wrap, Inventory levels M-Room, R-Room, and G-Room and fiber warehouse Tracks & updates all case and wrap sizes. 
  •  Keep file of specifications - Set up new product items -Verify PDFs for wrap/case approval to make items 
  • Maintains Wrap sample files - Handles wrap/case issues -Orders sample case needs/Print Plates - Reports all discrepancies to shift supervisors and managers.
  • HPR paperwork, M/R Room utilization paperwork, Inventory movement issues M/R Room
  • Responsible for reviewing the production schedule to insure adequate supplies are available for completion of days manufacturing, makes necessary adjustments to insure on time production.
  • Monitors and evaluates the process quality to include the correct case and package labeling and package dimensions.
  • Set up new items and input data into HOOP program
  • Maintains equipment spec sheets (ie. Tube sizes, equipment specifications)
  • Communicates with outside facilities on coding specifications on transferred labels
  • Actively participates and promotes plant safety programs - Demonstrates a personal commitment to safety.-Good communication skills
