 Conducts and / or co-ordinates the completion of all safety, security and    environmental training for personal facilities.

 Investigating and Preparing All Accidents and Compensation Claims for the New York State Workers Compensation Board. Managements all facility claims as required.

 Coordinates and communicates strategies, and provides recommendations to facilities / corporate management for workers compensation and all other health & safety areas as appropriate.

 Maintains Company Safety Dashboard and Applicable OSHA occupational injury log. Reports safety and accident statistics to corporate, BAM and regulatory, (OSHA) entities as required.

Coordinates and supplements the annual Department of Homeland Security.

 Trains, supports, and maintains DuPont STOP and Root Cause and Risk      Analysis for all occupational accidents or illnesses.

Coordinates Hazmat Team Activities to include, but not limited to Hazmat Training 24 hrs. and 8 hr., Coordinates with the Annual Physicals and fit tests. Establish Hazmat Hazmat team members to meet the requirements of drills, meetings, training, etc.

 Other duties as assigned.
