  • Perform proper installation, maintenance and adjustments of various machinery and components within the facility
  • Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions in equipment and machinery with or without the aid of blueprints, operation manuals and schematics
  • Interpret and construct equipment from blueprints and construction drawings.  Modify drawings to fit plant requirements. Identify components and request replacement parts when needed and keep preventative maintenance records and schedules
  • Responsibilities may include boiler operation a d boiler room duties such as test water samples, air compressor, etc.
  • Lubricate machinery as needed
  • Assist machine operators to adjust their respective equipment
  • Effectively perform line change-overs to different label sizes and product sizes
  • Use protective guards and equipment provided
  • Obey all warning tags/signs when working on equipment
  • Comply with good manufacturing practices and quality procedures
  • Adhere to Bonduelle safety policies and report any unsafe acts to management
  • Assist in dismantling, designing layouts, moving, changing, erecting and/or repairing machinery and equipment



  • Proficient in the use of all maintenance hand tools and shop equipment
  • Working knowledge of mechanical equipment, installation, maintenance and repair
  • Basic knowledge of reading/understanding blueprints that pertain to the operation
  • Proficient in arc and gas welding and cutter torch
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work weekends and other off shifts
