Each factory has defined its own internal improvement plan and personalised it according to its domain of activity, the type of vegetables worked with, adherence to the quality requirements of the end product and its technical facilities. A 5.6% overall reduction in the water consumption ratio per ton of finished product can therefore be counted over 4 years, that is, almost 712,000 m3 of water saved.
