Bonduelle's policy is based on essential human values which form its identity.
Improving employee safety
The frequency rate of industrial accidents has dropped significantly within the group. The large number of actions set up throughout the sites demonstrates a real concern for improving the working and health conditions of their employees.
Increasing skills and abilities
The group's human resources policy determines the training objectives and priorities of the internal university located at each site. In fact, the Institut Pierre et Benoît Bonduelle is now equipped with greater resources, motivated by its success and the desire to capitalise on the company's knowledge.
Encouraging the progress initiatives and listening to its employees
In 2004-2005 the progress initiatives were stepped up, particularly at the industrial sites of Benimodo, Poland, and in the South-West and North of France. The success of these initiatives within the group
is the result of:
- the response to the method through training,
- the commitment of the employees
in the performance research,
- the Managers'
ability to have faith in their team and above all the employees great ability to work effectively together.
