The Institut Pierre et Benoît Bonduelle was created in 2002 by the Bonduelle Group in order to support the development of key expertise, strengthen international development and share the company's values.

It devises and organizes joint training programs for all subsidiaries in partnership with the best business schools and universities. Beyond teaching and updating the expertise required for a job, the proposed trainings aim at integrating the Bonduelle strategies, logics and values into professional practices.
