    Moving within an international group

Mobility is more than a word and is strongly encouraged. Thus among the 50 executives who hold the senior positions in the group, 24 are international ones, and 16 are not French.
The working language in the Group is French. English is also spoken.
Expatriation projects to our foreign subsidiaries are given a customized attention; so are the projects relating to the inpatriation of our foreign employees willing to come and work in France .
The many opportunities to change jobs and subsidiaries are open to everyone.

47% of our managers currently exercise their skills in agribusiness, 32% in business/marketing, and 21% in management/finance/human resources.
   
 
    Increasing expertis
 
A good knowledge of the activity is an asset of the group that must be shared, thus favouring the development of everyone's skills. Expertise networks (financial techniques, human resources, marketing) that favour the exchange of know-how have developed within the whole group, thus linking employees in a transversal way . The creation of our corporate university, the Institut Pierre et Benoît Bonduelle, also makes it possible to widen everyone's skills.
