Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board represents shareholders with voting rights and constantly oversees the management of the company, in addition to issuing opinions on human resource management.
The results of its authority are stated in a report submitted each year to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.

The Supervisory Board has 8 members:

The General Management Committee

The General Managmenet Committee is made up of the heads of Bonduelle's international subsidiaries, the Company's Executive Management and the heads of finance, human resources and external relations. This committee is responsible for implementation of Group policies.
