For several years, Bonduelle Group employees have been taking part in local life by developing Bonduelle site and employee involvement in local communities in the countries and sites where the group is present.
This year, for Sustainable Development Week, group employees were able to vote for the CSR best practice of their choice, the aim being to help all employees become more familiar with the various actions being implemented within the group. From the 12 best practices being presented, employees selected “the Bonduelle Show” as the best practice of the year. In Poland, since 2015, all employees have been able to take part in a half day of food/dietary awareness training with children at a school of their choosing.
These best practices are founded on the six pillars of Bonduelle Group's sustainable development policy: agriculture, natural resources, supply chain and purchasing, people's safety, quality and nutrition, and societal commitment.
