18 to 24 November is the disabled persons employment week. Bonduelle organises and supports actions by rallying its employees on its sites. Social dialogue, employment conditions, training, diversity, health and safety... These concerns are key to Bonduelle's human ressources policy, which places Man at the centre of its company vision. Bonduelle has always reflected the values of solidarity that give each employee an important role within the group.The disabled persons employment week is an opportunity to refocus on a few of the good practises set up within the group such as workstation adjustments, organisational adjustment for disabled workers, or the many partnerships with the sheltered environment sector and an opportunity to conduct awareness raising operations in the group's sites.
For example: as part of a partnership with the sheltered environment sector, in 2013, the Saint Mihiel site and the Genas headquarters decided to procure their first aid kits from Le Verdier (ESAT - centre providing employment for disabled workers). Packaging these different supplies has provided activity for an ESAT composed of 40 disabled people.
