Young people are increasingly sensitive to fluctuations in the job market and need support in their choice of career. To respond to this issue, Bonduelle Fresh is preparing for the future by backing future talents.
Since September 2015, over 400 young people have been able to visit the San Paolo factory in Italy, providing the opportunity for Bonduelle to promote careers at the company and to attract the interest of potential candidates.
In France, staff at the Rosporden factory, for their part, met with teachers and career advisors during industry week in order to tell them about professions within the agro-food industry and about their work.
To take things further, Bonduelle Fresh is launching the “Jeunes pousses” [Young Shoots] project, designed to form a real partnership with postgraduate engineering schools (HEI, ISA, ISEN). The aim is to integrate students into the company throughout their fourth and fifth years in the areas of production, finance and maintenance. For Bonduelle Fresh, this programme aims to equip Fresh with an authentic incubator for new talent that will be vital for its future growth and economic development.
Naturally, Bonduelle would like to hire the best candidates across all departments in order to be the leader of “well-living” through vegetable products.
