Better training for safer food: Christophe Bonduelle took part in a round-table discussion at the European Business Day

On 30 November, Christophe Bonduelle was invited to participate in a discussion with other important economic and political actors on the challenges facing Europe regarding the subject of "Better training for safer food".

Generating growth, creating jobs, and supporting ecological, digital and monetary transitions are important steps for revitalising Europe. Businesses are at the heart of this new challenge, and Christophe Bonduelle demonstrated this during the discussion.

The 2017 European Business Day is an event that brings together the main European players of today and tomorrow (decision-makers, economists, students, professors, philosophers and artists), to create new ideas, while taking part in a day of debate and discussions with different perspectives.

 Organised by the Journal du Dimanche, Paris-Dauphine University, and the Connecting Leaders Club, the # EDayParis had nearly 1,300 participants and 65 prestigious speakers for around ten hours of debate.

 The round table "Better training for safer food" was led by Remy Dessart and took place from 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm. On the agenda was:
