A look at 5 years of dialogue between Bonduelle and its stakeholders

Challenge yourself and create a bond to go far together. This is the outcome of 5 years of regular meetings between the Bonduelle Group and its stakeholders — a relationship that has been enriched every year and benefited all participants.

At Bonduelle, the pioneers of the stakeholder meetings attest to the rich exchanges with experts and communities in connection with the company's activities: "The results often exceed expectations!” The first stakeholder meeting between the company's executives and a panel of stakeholders was held in Paris in December 2011. The goal was to challenge CSR policy to identify areas for improvement. Successive meetings promoted mutual trust and openness within the Bonduelle Group. Recent meetings have dealt with specific topics (sustainable agriculture, social business) involving employees from all walks of life and seeking to develop projects that benefit the entire company ecosystem.

New formats are being tested, such as a recent hackathon . These meetings produced numerous results and great stories: Les Petites Cantines (The Small Canteens) met their future sponsor, Chef Damien , during a co-construction session organised in March of 2016. Such meetings allow participants to challenge themselves while creating bonds — a stated goal for a future event scheduled for 28 February 2017.
