Career examples

 

  Emmanuelle has a diploma in food quality and security and began her career at Bonduelle as Quality Assurance Assistant. One year later, she was appointed Quality Manager for the plants in southern France.
She then decided to give new impetus to her career with a marketing focus. She joined the branch as Junior Product Manager in a small team. She was progressively entrusted with new responsibilities in Marketing and for three years has been Head of Group Marketing.

 

 

David joined Bonduelle as an apprentice in the framework of a mechanical engineering course in a plant in northern France. Five years later, with a diploma in his pocket, he was appointed to his first position as Head of a technical department and then moved up the rungs in the technical field. He was then sent on IT project assignments related to plant functions. These different experiences enabled him to develop his technical and project management skills, which he was then able to implement in a position as Manufacturing Manager of a new process.
David is continuing to develop within the Group and has been appointed to run one of our French plants.
 

 

 

 


 

Patrice has been with the Group for over 10 years. Right from the outset, he wanted to discover new horizons and new challenges professionally. This characteristic enabled him to make the most of the different opportunities available in the Group and to develop his career internationally.
After a first job in Kenya as Agronomic Manager, he was then sent on a four-year agronomic development project assignment, with missions in Egypt, Brazil and Poland in particular. He spent five years in Poland and until lately was in charge of agronomy and production of a plant. Today, he is returning to France and will be entrusted with international food industry sourcing development.
 

 


 

Joao has been with the Group for nearly 20 years. His first position was sales manager for northern Portugal. Within three years he had become National Sales Manager for Portugal and then Sales and Marketing Director Portugal.
In light of his experience, Bonduelle entrusted him with responsibility for the Iberian peninsula. He added new impetus to his career by opting for international mobility and moved to Madrid.
Today he works in a multi-technology environment with a multicultural team. He shares his experience and know-how with other countries, analysing and adapting continually.
