On Thursday the 28th of March, Bonduelle is increasing its share liquidity. The nominal value of a share will be subdivided by 4 hence mechanically increasing the number of shares by 4. The value of the shareholder’s portfolio will not be affected. Shareholders will possess 4 times more shares and this transaction will not incur any fees, any formalities or loss of rights.
